It seems like art nouveau style, but I've never seen before combined with dark wood. It looks very nice. Thanks!

It's lovely, certainly not art nouveau (the two movements coincided, but had different meanings) and the tall paneling is exactly right (and the dark wood!)
Is the border really as faded looking in game as in the screenshots, though? I love the vibrant earthy colors of the Arts and Crafts movement.
Lovely job with the paneling.
