Thanks everyone! I'm glad you like the lots. Originally, The Shoal was an island, but it didn't speak to me at all, so I turned it into a private beach! I haven't played in that lot much at all, but with the buildings being so separate, I wanted Sims to be able to "live" in any of the 3 buildings and have their needs met. My favorite is The Seabreeze (not too big, not too small). The Sunshine was designed for a family of 3 on Sim vacation. The Shoreline is for young roomies who need to get away! A little something for everyone! Enjoy the lots all!

I can't seem to keep up with your uploads anymore. Every time I look at one of your lots, I see new building techniques no one else has thought of. Your creativity is just unbelievable. Keep up the good work.
