Laid-back 1 bedroom 1 bath starter with carport and study loft. Perfect for the slacker lifestyle! (I also use this one for my more 'enterprising' college students!) Great place to hang out, plenty of room for friends. Fully furnished version includes all skill items. Unfurnished version also available for 11,846. Enjoy!
