Are your sims craving a new home with a country feel? This home is fully furnished for up to four sims. Everything has been included, even the car!

On the first floor you'll find a foyer, full bath, living room, dining room and kitchen, oh and there is a side garage with an entrance into the foyer.


Upstairs has a bedroom big enough for two kids, currently decorated for girls, but can easily be changed to accommodate boys which has an attached full bath of it's own. A master bedroom with attached full bath and a small den.

The lot comes with some landscaping, a pool, swingset and an elevated deck with a barbeque and eating area.

All lights, burglar alarms and fire alarms are included as well.

I have not yet playtested this lot, so let me know if you experience any problems.

This is a fairly large lot, so if you have Seasons' or Free Time, you could delete things that are on the lot to make room for items from those games.
