Description :
Garrison Crossing offers an excellent selection of craftsman-style townhomes and single-family homes, brand new and expertly refurbished.
Residents from all ages will always be able to enjoy the natural beauty of Garrison Crossing and its pedestrian lifestyle, and so this neighborhood is more livable, quiet and safe.
Homes are positioned to optimize and respect the surrounding nature : semi-private landscaped front and back yards in residences, mature trees frame in rows the streets.
The residents will also enjoy in family or with friends this new neighborhood with all its amenities : parks, playgrounds, offices, retails, recreation center and more...

Garrison Crossing 13 :
The smallest starter. I had such a pain making it nice and with enough place. But it’s nice you can place it between the others starters to fill gaps. (see pics)
Enjoy this house with its spiral stairs. I love them !
Downstairs : Driveway invisible, plus powder. Second floor : Living, Kitchen and Dining. Third Floor : 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath.

Note about Stairs :
The wrought opened wooden stairs done by Reyn at MTS2, don't need to be installed, but you won't be able to select/move the stairs. If you wish to install them on your computer, follow instructions here.
Same thing applies for the marvine’s spiral stairs, follow link here.
