Where did you get the furniture & kitchem cabinets?, they are also beautiful, would love to have them also. Well, it's your fault for having such lovely screen shots! LOL Thank you for sharing..

Thank you for the compliment ... I think. LOL!
For the cupboards, I splurged with birthday money and got the whole complete Royale set from Vitasims (pay site, Euro, not cheap). It is exquisite, and a "better buy" than a stuff pack, which I also could have gotten with the money. At least that's how I rationalized my foray into a pay site.
The old fashioned white cupboards, with white lace, are from 4ESF.
The other furniture in these screens shots is, I believe, from one or more of the Victorian sets from Vitasims -- some of the Victorian sets (that used to be pay sets) are now in the free section. Any Victorian set that is free at Vitasims is worth the trip across cyberspace to download it. Lots of other beautiful free sets are worth a look, also. [Some Vitasims objects have to be placed in the game by using a cheat, though, so watch for that.]
If you recolor, looking at most of the textures from Vitasims is an education in how to make textures. I learned a lot just by opening packages and examining the technique used. Absolutely gorgeous textures, very unique.
The reason I went on an "expensive looking furniture" downloading splurge is that I finally got reeeeally tired of my Sims living in near poverty and cramped dwellings. So I downloaded (and recolored) only the finest fine furniture, and built some houses I would like to live in, myself. I'm much happier with my game, now. It's amazing how a change in a person's environment matters, even if that environment is virtual.
