WOW! You did a great job with this building. I like especially the inside furnishing and the sectioning of the rooms and apartments! It looks very comfortable and there's a lot of room. I would love to test it out in game, but don't have all the EPs.

I love the style of this apartment building, feels homie to me. Wonderful job on it.

There is however a slight problem with it, you've used the border lines to cut the living area and the kitchen areas apart, while this makes it look smooth and nice, the game however detects that the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom are now common areas, and NOT part the the apartment. Small problem, easily fixed, shame it doesn't look as nice.

Well done either way! Look forward to more of your stuff.

Really?? I didn't have that problem when I tested it...

Oh well, thanks for the compliments. I'm not much of a builder. :P

Are you sure the Sims aren't just helping themselves to your apartment? I've noticed, annoyingly, they'll do that in my game on EA Apartment lots. I've had sims I don't even know just walk in to my apartment and start using my crap. Very annoying.

Love your design, will it be too much to ask for a two or three bed apts?

Feel free to furnish it however you want... the bed gets deleted when your Sims move in... so just put two beds in there... three if you can fit it.
