This medium-sized starter house is furnished for up to 4 sims. It includes all the necessary basics + tv, bookcase, mirror and a nice little painting
There's two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths.

It has room for a driveway next to the house and maybe a little pool behind the back porch if you'd like to add one.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I love the house, but after you've downloaded the file and copy and paste it into your downloads folder, nothing happens when you click on the icon...so it can be placed into your game....

I am having the same problem as the previous commenter. I have posted a screenshot of the error that comes along with actually installing the lot. The error box will be circled in red. I'm pretty sure it's just a corrupted file issue. You may have to fix the upload. I just wanted the issue to be known! Overall, the house looks great!!

Thanks for the feedback :)

I tried to download the file and got the same problem as you described. I uploaded a rar instead, and it seems to work now.

I DO like this house. I like the simplicity yet possibilities it presents. I shall move the downstairs bedroom into the back corner (where the kitchen/diner is) and open up the bedroom so that you come in the main door into the huge lounge/study/kitchen/dining room. This bedroom will then become the master and the children can share the upstairs room. Many thanks!
