Hi!
How can I convert the download from the fileformat to .package? I can only use .package, if it should work in my game

These files are .package.
They are simply in a .zip archive for the purpose of uploading them to this site. If you are running a Windows machine you should simply be able to right-click and choose 'Extract All' from the menu which will then put them in a regular folder.

I do not have any EPs installed, and sadly I also get the cracked version on the Base Game. Also the male suit mannequin does the same thing. The adult female formal works beautifully though.

Sorry to hear about that. I'm not sure what causes it to begin with and no longer have The Sims 2 installed so I can't even go back to rework them.

This one and the adult male formal both are that weird cracked, splotchy look for me too, and I have Ultimate Collection. The others are fine.

Unfortunately that's not something I think I'd be able to do. There also isn't much call for it due to there already being mannequins that you can dress however you like that came with GtW. Sorry.

When I look the mannequin in my shop, I saw it not looking well. I also downloaded the male mannequins, but these are fine. I forgot some mesh or something?

There is an issue with the mannequins on some players' computers. I was never able to find the issue or fix it I'm afraid. Sorry.
