The seam is not very noticeable at all, as you said. I wouldn't even have known if you didn't point it out. If you did want to get rid of it though, I suspect it is due to the mesh or a bump map. If these are bump mapped, check to see if the bump has a line there. If so, get rid of it. If it's the mesh, probably has a tiny 3d ridge there, or has normals that make it look like it does. What mesh did you use? The Maxis undies mesh? If so, could be default replaced. I think HP did make a default replacement for it, actually, you could check on her page. But if you don't want to change it, it's not a big deal at all.

Asfor the seam, the bumpmap is fine and the mesh was a maxis that I did alredy replace it with HPs mesh replacement. So for all I know, The Sims 2 has a problem with black singlets! :P

If these use HP's mesh or the Maxis mesh, they have a fat morph. I think HP's undies mesh might have a preggers morph, but haven't checked, so don't quote me on that. Morphs come from the mesh, not the recolors.

As for that seam.... it's really not that noticeable, but I suspect it's your alpha. There could be a very faint grey line where it should be white that's causing the line on your texture. Look at the alpha real close - zoom in, you probably can't see it at normal size - and look for a faint line in that spot.
