Hello! Here we have a one bedroom one bath starter in Marina City. This house has a pond in the back, good landscaping and a large interior with a little bit of room for expansion. The layout was kinda messed up for more rooms to be added, but I'm sure you guys can work around that 
. This lot is the second in the Marina City series, but there are PLENTY more lots to come, trust me. In the layout picture, I removed two trees so you could see the rooms clearly. No ceilings in the house though, I ran out of money. Ok well, enjoy the house, don't upload it anywhere else and hit the thanks button on your way out!
