This is some kind of sadistic torture device, isn't it? Two of your hot tubs are exposed to open air! I'm sure we all know what that means.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I cannot accept, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those I had to kill because they pissed me off.

Well, I did put a subtle warning in the notes but I won't deny some of the townies have gotten a little crispy from time to time. Muahaha...

are all those eps and sps really needed for it ? because it seems to be all basegame stuff except the hot water thing from bon voyage . just curious

I didn't build it with Anygame Starter so they made me put down what I have. When I built it I had everything through BV except KB. Since then I got FT/AL. I didn't add anything to it but the Creator Guidelines say those EPs will still alter your lot. Before I got FT/AL I would sometimes have a go at putting in non-compatible lots with Clean Installer. About half the time I would get a lot missing some stuff. The other half my game would crash when I tried to enter the lot but I could restart and get my neighborhood open and bulldoze it. I never corrupted my hood or my game {I've got plenty of other ways to do that ) I can't say what might work for you.
