I must say that the lot does put me on vacation somewhere indispensable, say key west for example. The deck located on the second level of the flat is enhanced by the sunlight's beaming glory, perfect for sun bathing and such and is even more functional when there is a spa around, I'm sure that this feature will come in handy when there is nothing left to do but listen to the maid sprits up the place and bask in the peaceful freedom of the weekends ongoing momentum (and yeah I take weekends off.) 'Wouldn't say the same for the winter seasons though if you know what I mean'. As for the position of the bedroom in association with the deck I love it, you may not have noticed it in the design of your floor plan, but it looks as if the sun just gently glazes the upper level room, surpassing it and casting all that it has onto the by standing deck. This is good because it allows me to take a nap in the day and not be bothered by the offset of a single ray from the sun beaming in my eyes 'please notice that I am speaking on behalf of the sims living in the house'. I also commend the use of Mission Revival architecture which is from my perspective, defined by the design of the entry way coming off of the carport along the left side of the ground entrance, this also acts as a valuable syllable of the common villa sporting the appeal of your own. Ive always had an appreciation for a palm framed villa with a hipped roof (laced with a Spanish tiled panel) atop a Vila fit for paradise, and now I have an appreciation for a simulated design provided by none other then pinkykitty, (standing ovation as the spotlight casts over pinkykitty). Thanks for providing me with the pleasure of experiencing the Sims version of such a collectible estate. +1Thanks.
