Hello again!
This is my newest house, 144 Blueberry Circle.
This house flaunts an open, flowing kitchen/ living room area. It has a large kitchen with an attached breakfast nook and equally large dining room off to the side. The living room is perfect for a warm winter inside with its beautiful fireplace, and the family room is the perfect place for a fun game of Don't Wake The Llama!
Four comfortably-sized bedrooms upstairs, with space-saving circular stairs leading to the finished attic, ready for expansion and ready for those Sims with the Family Aspiration ;-).
The back yard has a beautiful gazebo, a small pond and gorgeous flowers, sure to keep any nature Sims quite happy.
The Everson family here liked this house quite a bit. Mrs. Everson was very happy that she didn't have to water those flowers in the front yard by the trees - since they're in a rather awkward place (had to use moveObjects on to make them look nice) I equipped them with sprinklers.
The back yard is the perfect size to add a pool, if you (or your Sims) wish, and the front and back decks are ready for entertaining.
