12 Morningbridge Road was inspired by a beautiful home I saw and I decided to recreate it for the Sims! This is Base Game compatible, I used AGS to create this so everyone can download it. If you have any other expansions, you can tweak it however you want. Also, if you want nightlife, I left a bit of space to add a driveway but it would have to cut into the back/sideyard.
This home includes 2 bedrooms, 1 master suite with an ensuite, small study room, 2 bathrooms, large living/family room, kitchen and formal dining room and a back porch on the second floor. The backyard can be entered by the porch upstairs, you may add the door anywhere you want and there is also a gate outside. The house is unfurnished and has no CC.
