This hack is now discontinued and will not be updated anymore. Please download the new "Better locations for eating" hack. The only reason to still use this older hack is if the new one conflicts with other hacks or is causing problems in your game.

1.1
- Older 1.0 version allows the Sim to leave the neighbor's apartment if there are no usable dining tables to eat at. The Sim would try to find a place to sit in their own apartment. Failing that, the Sim would look anywhere else on the lot to sit. This new version will allow the Sim to sit anywhere in the current apartment, such as on the sofa or a living chair. A dining table is still the preferred place to sit though.

A Sim will eat in the apartment they are currently in or visiting, instead of taking the food all the way back to their own apartment to eat in solitude like a weirdo.
So now your Sims can enjoy a meal with a neighbor at that neighbor's apartment, instead of "stealing" a plate and running back home to eat it. It works with following interactions: Serve a Meal, Grab a Plate, and Get Leftovers.
