This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
I actually got around to making Clothes! Wow, amazing huh? I Know make things for 2 games which I wish it was 5, but I am lazy. So I know make sims, houses and clothes for The Sims 2 game. My website will have it all, but I am it the middle of making houses, stories, videos and ect. So here they are! I will also be posting outfits for all ages male and female after this. Also feel free to request. ^_^ Not to mention I will do make up, and everything else. I learn fast. Here they are in 5 different colors not including the orignal black.

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

These didn't work in my game. I put the blue one into my Downloads folder but it didn't show up in the game.

I wouldn't know about your game and when opening. They work fine in my game and some of the close friends I have, works for them as well. Though you need to open the folders and use the .package files. And you can NOT have extra folders in your downloads folder

I know why they won't work for some people, including myself. You uploaded files from your projects folders in the zip, and the package files are incomplete thus not showing the shirts. You need to send the package files from your SavedSims folder which were created by Body Shop when you imported those files into your game. Those files are complete and will show the shirts correctly. Please fix this, they do look like nice recolors.
