These didn't work in my game. I put the blue one into my Downloads folder but it didn't show up in the game.

I wouldn't know about your game and when opening. They work fine in my game and some of the close friends I have, works for them as well. Though you need to open the folders and use the .package files. And you can NOT have extra folders in your downloads folder

I know why they won't work for some people, including myself. You uploaded files from your projects folders in the zip, and the package files are incomplete thus not showing the shirts. You need to send the package files from your SavedSims folder which were created by Body Shop when you imported those files into your game. Those files are complete and will show the shirts correctly. Please fix this, they do look like nice recolors.
