Fiona Flats

Fiona Flats a friendly place to live! All flats come with a phone, all alarms, small private balcony and basic furnishings. There are 8 units total (2 of each size), all flats are furnished with basically the same furnishings (the first 3 have different beds so the rent is not exactly the same) and they come decorated in Red, Blue or Green.

We have:
3 bedrooms – families - that rent for $2042 & $2057.
2 bedrooms – friends - that rent for $2221 & $2245.
1 bedroom - couples - that rent for $1416 & $1440.
1 bedroom almost a studio – singles - that rent for $1183.

We have stairs or an elevator (because you can’t always count on the elevator) between floors. Although the basement access is by elevator only.

The outside common area includes a small playground, outdoor chess, small BBQ area, basketball court and some seating areas.

The indoor common areas include vending machines, social area, chess table, trash receptacles (on each floor), piano, mahjong table and dartboard.

The basement is a fitness center that includes a pool, sauna, hot tub, several exercise machines, photo booth, shower, and toilet.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
