SCREENSHOTS
Wouldn't you like your Sims to be able to say they live in an AUTHENTIC factory conversion, not one of those newly chic, recently constructed, loft wannabees?
I actually remodeled a working toys & robotics factory at the request of Pantheresque so let us say it has been retrieved from a distant future in which the robot market has crashed due to overproduction. The owners decided to go into real estate instead. The production line is long gone but they left most of the original fittings and the commercial bath fixtures. To save money, they even recycled the company cafeteria into the kitchens. They sunk their last bit of cash into upgrading the lobbies and adding a bit of landscaping to soften that industrial look.
The three virtually identical units rent from $3489-3680. Each flat is three bedrooms and one humongous bath. The lobbies contain a gym, game room, and lounge. The commons has a hot tub and grill.
Looks best on a right-hand corner lot.
And no custom content. Can you believe it :-)
Look forward to both the factory and the retail store it supplies as soon as the factory workers meet their production quotas!

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Bubbajoe's Lots
My lots are built to be functional in-game.
My lots are built to be played in cut-away view.
While building my lots, I aim for a clean, crisp appearance while maintaining visual interest and good sight lines.
No filters, no photo actions. What you see is what you get.
I can do Maxis-match but I usually prefer to recreate something in real life.
Which is weird because I generally avoid English and RL images in Sim clothing and decor.
I had a lot more verbiage describing my philosophy of Sim-architecture and ended up sounding absolutely insufferable so to paraphrase Coco Chanel:
before leaving the house, a lady should look at the accessories and remove one mirror.
No restrictions on TOU. If you claim my stuff as your own or try to monetize it, you have bigger problems than I do.
