Looking through the pictures, my brain kept screaming, "Oh my GOSH! Look at that! Would you look at that?! Holy crap! Wh- LOOK!! Oh my GOSH!" As it rightly should, considering the stunning quality of everything about this house. THANK YOU so much for sharing it with us & I'm on the list of Please Post Tutorials! people.

Good thing the money cheat codes still work for Sims3. I knew the minute I saw this house that my 3 roommates were going to be getting a new home! Thank you!

One thing I noticed when playing this lot, my sim could not use the stovetop in the center island. It is embedded too deeply in the kitchen island counter tops for them to use it. Is there any kind of code or mod I am missing that keeps this stove from being functional for me? My game has only textures added and no other hacks or mods I'm aware of unless somehow they came packaged in somebody's lot or sim.

Stunning! *applause*

Shifu: Master! I have... it's very bad news!
Oogway: Ah, Shifu. There is just news. There is no good or bad.
Shifu: Master, your vision. Your vision was right! Tai-Lung has broken out of prison! He's on his way!
[pause]
Oogway: That *is* bad news.

Amazing work I wish I had patience to sit and do this. Thank you for sharing.

For the person who said it would not open or said it was broken file redownload and overwrite the rar file that happens with all files here and there Common issue easily fixed re-downlaod.

With the Stove issue it was likely placed with Move Object on to make it look nice and was not tested for actual functioning in game play. many builders do not test but than after all the work done on this house if a stove having to be moved is your only issue well that is darn good
Just move it out or place it some place else in the kitchen is likely the only thing you need to do.
Oh and the poster wanting a zip You can snag a free program that opens RARs hy ask the creator to do More work.
go here or Google WinRAR for Mac

what an interesting idea, I like how it sits of the water like that. However i was wondering if you have applied any anti mosquito substance to this house, it looks like that might be a problem...lol just kidding!!! really great idea and very unique house even if it wasn't on a lake
