I'm not loving the lack of a master bathroom. A father that will have to share a bathroom with up to 4 women is UNTHINKABLE. Then there is the sims inability to go to the bathroom with other simmies you should wall off the toilet and put in a arch (door frame) to fool them. I usually do toilet in the corner, space to the right, wall up, wall slanting left (with door frame), two walls to the left. That way you can have a sim in the bath or using the sink and the one in the toilet doesn't care.

Halfwalls behind the kitchen counters is a GREAT idea, why didn't I think of that myself, I wonder... Nice work!
