whoa, thanks everyone..
I thought it was full of flaws.. like.. I forgot to put the phone !!
and the 2nd floor bathroom counter and sink hasn't even been styled yet.. >.<
the pool could have been slightly bigger.. etc etc.. he he, oh well.. ^^

Very good job. Nice, open floor plan, pool in back AND garden. I've been looking for a modern upper mid-priced home under $100k for my rockstar sim. She'll love this.

this was my sims` first house and I totally loved it !! (afterwards she got kids and we had to move out to a bigger place -.-) but when my girl became an adult I bought the house again because it was sooo cute ^^ and now she`s living in it. Thank you sooo much for this :]
