This lot has 3 completely decorated and furnished "apartment" units...( dont ask how long THAT took!) One 1 bedroom unit, one 2 bedroom unit, and one deluxe 3 bedroom unit. Two of the units have access to the roof top garden and there is also a community park at ground level with a chess set, flower garden, fishing pond and room for gardening or playground. I was thinking this would be a great lot for a multigenerational family or perhaps to move in a bunch of singles and see who pairs up. 
I did a version of this for Sims2 and I really wanted to have something like it in my city for Sims3, so I hope you enjoy it. $210 furnished/$121k unfurnished.
