"Demolition Alley" Series
This is a series of warehouse and industrial type buildings, they are all residential lots so they are designed to be functional houses at the core but I am trying to retain as much of a warehouse / industrial theme as possible.
Under Construction
This lot is under construction, no really...
Rooms
2 Bedrooms
1 Bathroom (technically )
Kitchen / dining area
Livingroom / Office area
Lot Size: 40x30
Lot Price: $47,737 (F) / $25,313 (Unf)
Side Notes
This is the fourth house in my "Demolition Alley" series, it's really not much more than a theme lot but it is still functional as a residential lot (though it would probably do as a community lot too). It has 2 decent size bedrooms and a kitchen in one trailer and a livingroom / office setup in the other, there are two port-a-potties outside one with a toilet / sink and the other with a shower.
There are 3 parking spots (truck and car thing are included) and a construction site area, complete with incomplete construction :D. There isn't much to do in the construction area though you can walk all around it so you could always build something.. or it could even be part of a story, your sims could buy the site and "finish" the construction over time.
Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). I did a quick walk around the construction site and didn't get my test sim stuck anywhere. If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.

Thanks to RalphaelNinja from www.thesims3.com for the twinkle of an idea, his "Building a Yacht" tutorial gave me the idea to use a framework to give the effect of the stengthening bars in the floor for the half built structure.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
