Introduction

This is the last house in the Stone and Stucco Blvd series and I decided to do another starter. I also am going to do a non-starter version.

For anyone who cares, my next series which will begin ASAP, will be called Seabreeze Lane. There will be 7 homes and 2 community lots in it and it will be built to go along Sunnyside Blvd. My home "The Statement" was the first in the series, which at the time I uploaded it, didn't exist. So there.lol. Lets begin.

The Tour

Although its gunna be extremely hard to get over 1000 downloads for this one in a day like 6 Stone and Stucco Blvd did, i'll be pleased if just one person downloads it, as it will show that my work is wanted and needed. So thankyou to everyone who keeps downloading my lots and using them. You make me feel needed and as if I have some value.

So, this starter home is really well furnished It has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining, living and a study nook. I think you have like 1.5k left, so thats reasonable. The furniture list is:
Bed, Bedside tables, dresser, shower, sink, toilet, mirror, stove, fridge, counters, sink, smoke alarm, telephone, 3 seater couch, TV, dining table and two chairs, a desk with a chair and a computer, and a bookcase. This should be enough to get you started, so enjoy.
