This amazing pure white private beach estate comes fully furnished with three guest bedrooms, and one master bedroom, a large living area is the dominant area in the first floor.

The Entrance includes a light staircase and a fireplace, from there you can see all three stories, and from the left of the staircase you can see the airy living space.

The Main focus in this design is light. White walls, White floors, immaculately simple modern white furniture, and large windows all over create amazing light atmosphere inside the home.

The ocean next to this house and the natural green plants add even more natural notes to this house.

The first floor dining and kitchen area is an elegant modern expression, a bar in the back adds to the modern party home feel

This home also features an incredible living area with spectacular light windows and amazing immaculate white furniture

The Master Bedroom an enormous amazing bedroom that will wake sims up as the sun wakes up.

The wrap around balcony with spectacular views in the master room also is quite nice to show off.

Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

yes, it is the lot below summer hill court, where there is a small like jogging trail at the end there was a small community lot in a small private beach, just convert it to residential lot and you'll have the lot!

I hope i explained it well enough!

Nice work! Great layout, placement, and landscaping.

I might need to redecorate a bit before I move anyone into it though. I'm thinking only the most neat freak of my science sims would be into living in a clean room . I get what you're going for though.

Um first you have to like go to edit town and like then click on the area and click convert lot type, then after that you go to your lot library and like put place lot, and im pretty sure it should work like that, if not buldoze the lot before you place my lot.
