Hi I have a question how do you install it cuz i've only downloaded from the sims 3 website P.S. I love this house it looks pretty and adorable

You should just be able to double click on the file once it is downloaded (you may need to extract it) if it's a sims3pack file. That should start the Sims 3 Launcher and automatically install the file as if you've downloaded it from the exchange or store.

I like the home a lot, the interior design is v. nice. However, I feel that there is an excessive amount of seating for a 2 bed. Great house though!!!
