SCREENSHOTS
This is a very close replication of my own house, which I decided turned out so awesome I wanted to share it. It contains 2.5 bedrooms (the "half" bedroom is a guest bed inside a study), one bathroom, on two floors. I have been using this home with my own sims and have yet to find any major pathing conflicts. The bathroom will only cause a problem if you decide to move a large family in. However, I have left plenty of room on the second floor to expand and add a bathroom if necessary.

I believe there are only two custom patterns in here. One is my own (included "fun with wood" wood pattern) and one can be found on this site, created by lurania and can be found here. Do not quote me on this, the house was made last week. I glanced through it and am pretty sure the rest is recolors of base game patterns.
The house is pretty expensive, costing §126,442 furnished and §59,484 unfurnished. It is a 30 x 40 lot.
The Floor Plan:
And the outside:
In depth photos of the best rooms are pictured below.
There are several "garden" type areas that are perfect for planting fruits and vegetables. In our actual garden, we have apple trees scattered in the back yard with the rest of the trees. The wall in the back is actually part of a factory that serves as a border to our yard, and it has always been part of "home" to me, so I threw in a foundation and a wall on top to represent it.
Enjoy :D

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
