This house is on a 6x6 lot and is fully furnished. It features only 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms (1 shower just like the real house) 8 sitting rooms, multiple fireplaces, a seance room, door to nowhere and stairs to nowhere. There is also a garage, basement, attic, and a greenhouse.

Forgot to mention: This house is haunted. I used the Goth lot and took things down piece by piece so I could have the graves on the lot. They are now in urns in the first room on the left.

Lot Size: 6x6
Lot Price:Furnished: $468,603
Unfurnished: $325,196

Number of bedrooms: 5 or more
Custom Content Included: None

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

It's so awesome! I love that house (mansion) and I have toured it many times.

I was wondering what EPs I needed before I download it?

You did a great job of creating a passable replica!

This is amazing! I have worked at the Winchester Mystery House for 16 years and you have done an incredible job capturing the essence of the place in this design. Even though the limitations of the game prevented you from making the interior exactly like the real thing, you still got all the little details right, like the parquet floors and a general sense of the layout.
As someone who has tried to make a Sims version of the mansion and given up in exasperation, I am in awe.
Great job!

Thanks y'all!! I am so glad everyone seems to like it.

I think it's mostly base game, but it's been a long time.

Happy to hear I got the interior done o.k. I have never been inside, so there was a lot of guessing and hunting down pictures.

I saw that!! Was very excited too!
