This Three Bedroom, Two Bathroom home is ideal for an established Sim family, it hosts a master bedroom with en suite, a smaller bedroom with a desk for your Sim Child to do his/her homework and a large spare room that can be made into a study, a bedroom, a games room, anything really.


There is a single unit garage with a parking space, though if your Sim is against having a car, the space can be removed and the garage can be converted into something else.

The kitchen is furnished with marble counters, however the items currently installed are moderately basic to allow for improvements and upgrades, it also has a small "laundry room" type area where you can install Dishwashers and trash compacters should you desire them.


The Kitchen, Dining room and Lounge are all open plan, connecting to the small foyer. There is a small patio with a barbecue, a table and two wooden loungers through the sliding glass door off of the dining room.


Due to my limited skills in garden design and the likes, the plant life outside is only very basic, though this is something I plan on improving (perhaps updating the house at a later date).

There is only one store item in this lot, and that is the light fitting in the smaller bathroom, this will not show up in your game unless you have it, and if you still have some free store points left, the fitting is only 25 points. Though it is not necessary to have, as you can simply use the eyedrop tool on the light in the en suite bathroom.
