*Important* - These items were updated using SimPE v0.15 or later, making them compliant with future expansion packs. If you downloaded these prior to Feburary 6, 2005, please redownload and overwrite the old files. I will be updating all of my objects so please go through the threads and redownload any of my files that include this message. (If you downloaded anything after this date, your all set to go) 
I have tried to go through and test to make sure everything is in working order, but it's quite possible I missed something.
Oh another thing I noticed, after replacing these files, the items want to resort back to maxis default when you first enter the house, so you will have to do some redecorating.
THIS IS A BETA TEST RECOLOR: Please be sure you have read the information about beta test recolors before downloading and installing in your game: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=32448.
COLOR ENABLED PACKAGES REQUIRED: This recolored object was made using the new color enabling package features in SimPE Object Workshop. This enables Maxis objects which only had 1 color option available to turn the option on if content is added to provide more color/texture items. If you do not have these color enable packages installed this object will not be available in your game. To download the color enabled packages and install on your system please see http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?p=119480 and follow the installation instructions there.
A quick sidenote, I have noticed a "very slight" imperfection down the center of the boxlids when viewing from a certain angle. I have tried numerous times to resolve this, but I have noticed it on the maxis one as well, though it is more difficult to see because of the pattern.
Ok, on to the toyboxes. If your sims have been looking for a toybox that matches the colonial ironwood beds, look no further! From left to right: ColonialBirdsEye, ColonialCherryBurls, ColonialRoseWood, ColonialMahogany.
