When put ingame, the main building is not there... Help?

You will need Riverview (free world from The Sims 3 site) installed for the main building to show, since the base building that was used comes from Riverview.

Totally awesome job on the base!! I have a question though, the realistic fencing you used it is epiphany, but in-game there is only 2 styles a drab brown and drab grey, How did you get the see through, realistic fence for this and gates? Is it a pattern or something, cause man, I have looked everywhere for this today!! I love this base!!

You don't need riverview to put the main building in the game, you just use the one under Building , and community lots. (Edit lot, Building mode, Community lot((not the tabbed community lot -- the pictured one under the building mode-- right above the terrain tool)))
