i got this idea after RGiles came out with his transparent tile set and had to seriously abuse those here. this is a pretty modern house with the main part of it turned 45 degrees, which made it extremely difficult to decorate. it is unoccupied, completely furnished, and runs at 212,888. 4 bed, 4 bath, sleeps 7.

**bigger and better. the waterslide now works perfectly and sims can get to the hot tub and telescope. i made some building additions, and since ive been playing it the value went down somewhere around 145,000.

finally got it cleaned after about 3 hours of fiddling around. no game objects or terrains or hacks included. i removed tons of object recolors, and i left one that i thought this lot might need, and now the sim2pack file size is about 20k. it seemed weird to me, so I installed it in my game and went in the lot and everything was fine, so let me know if you guys have issues. i suspect that there will probably be something i need to fix sooner or later. apologies for my initial lack of testing.

**re-cleaned entire pack from scratch. I tested it, and it worked, but judging from the last time there still may be some things to fix. Sorry about all the trouble. I have 3 downloads here: one is the actual house, and the other 2 are all the recolors. I would recommend downloading all 3; if you are a heavy sims2 user you probably already have many of these downloads anyway. Unzip(rar) the recolors files into your downloads folder first before installing the sims2pack. When I was testing this, I remembered that I had once used this house to play a family. In doing this, I had made some additions to the house to increase efficiency in walking around, namely, walkways in the front and rear of the house, an extra stairway in the rear, and a significantly expanded master bedroom. The front walkway is kind of ugly, really, and blocks the front face of the house so feel free to do whatever. Please pm me if there is anything I can help you with/fix/do better.

***I don't have the expansion pack.

the slide is awsome....
