I once dl:ed a pinball machine, not neccesarily made by you, but anyway one of the maxis pinball machines messed up big time, i could no longer choose and place it. Just hoping this won´t be like that.

Not to worry, simathome. I've thoroughly tested this in game and it doesn't replace any EA content. I had practice with my previous arcade machine; Fintastic Fishing.
The biggest problem you may find with this is that the custom videos may cause your game to lag a bit. Depends on how fast your machine is.

I've not made any pinball machines before.

Hi unfortunately my game fall down when i try to use the arcade game.
It says The sims 2 Gardens and Mansions did an error and should be closed

How good are your computer specifications? If you have installed it correctly, as you say you have, then the only thing I can think of is that your machine can't handle playing custom videos.
What Expansion packs do you have installed?

As much as I want to download this one, I've had trouble with custom arcade machines in the past similar to merlin117's problem. It either crashes the game or the screen on the arcade is blue. Downloaded them from Sim's Wardrobe if I remember correctly.

Weird, mine's not showing up at all. I mean, the custom videos. I've put in the right location in the right folder, but whenever my Sim's playing the arcade, it just shows a black screen but with sounds.

If you're getting the sounds from the videos playing then I'm not sure what's wrong as the game must be able to find the files if the sounds work.
