The Magnifique (Deluxe Mansion II)

The Deluxe Mansion mentioned in my title was the ugly predecessor of this glorious Mansion, I added a Whole new floor, Different layouts, Beter decor, And the little accents that make it homely. It turned out wonderfully, I think.

Now when That Pesky, Envious, Cow, Nancy Snobgrabb turns up at your door, She'll be devestated that you have a Mansion 10x better than her, But your sim is nice, And gives her a taste of your Mansion, By letting her watch Simtanic in your Home Cinema, Nancy Goes into your Marble bathroom, Cries her eyes out then leaves with a Pout on her lips.
She won't be coming to your Mansion anytime soon.

The House itself contains 5 Bedrooms, 8 Bathrooms, A Library, Study, Kitchen, Dining Room, Balconies, A Cinema, A Parlour and a Garage. It's also Verrrrrry Expensive at 779,396 Simoleans.
It has wonderful views of the sea, Snobby Neighbours, And a Park in the middle of the Circle.
The Magnifique, Was inspired by the Landgrabb and Alto Homes, (Even though You Probbably guessed that already) By EA.

The lot contains Sim2Kid405's Set of Undriveable cars as it use the Limo From It, But Just download the Limo Pack, Here ;

Install Instructions

Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
