Thank you for the encouragement, Guardgian and Gingerxyz.

I didn't know there was a different version of this mod, but one of my purposes in creating it was to support both a ceiling mounted sunlamp (shown in the second screen shot) as well as an almost completely invisible sunlamp that I will be releasing soon.

How is it different from Monique's mod that did the same thing with all lights being used to provide artificial sunlight for both plants and Plant Sims?

I'm curious because I use her version and don't remember if she fixed the bug as your description mentioned.

This mod only affects fluorescent lights and clones of fluorescent lights. I have never used Monique's mod and do not know if she fixed that little bug that causes the artificial sunlight effect to go through walls. Its really not too serious in any event, but I tend to be obsessive!
