Absolutely beautiful! I downloaded this house yesterday and wasn't able to comment till now. Unlike others, it actually processed pretty quickly, and I was able to play it just it time. I checked out the whole area and took like 1 hour just starring at it, lol. The landscaping is wonderful and the design is stunning. I read some posts so finally I actually know where the mailbox is,lol. I already moved in my new rich sim family, and this is exactly what I've been looking for. All I can say is Thank You!!

So.... it took me hours to find a house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for my family. So when I found yours, I was very happy. I spent probably 3 hours redecorating and whatnot, and then my game crashed before I could save. fml

I downloaded this house but could never get it working. Waited about an hour an a half for it to load and nothing! Oh well.

I am most sadden by the fact that I am unable to download such a beautiful mansion. I fell in love with its beauty and when I attempt to download it, the file was broken. Please if you could, can you please fix this problem? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time.

I've been looking for a house that is both large enough and extravagant for my current sim family :D
This is about the only one that meets the criteria. The thing is, I had a celebrity couple at the top of their career, un-aged them, then they had kids. Two of the three kids have now grown up (the latter at Smuggsworth Prep Boarding School), and the girl has her husband and newborn on the lot. It makes for a HUGE family, in need of a very large home! But they all have the "Snob" trait, so they won't take anything less than the best.

Anyway, after all my rambling, thank you once again :D
