I'd love to find this house base game either...

I have only the base game and other than a few missing objects it appears to work fine. Just to let everyone know.

I really would like that lamp, though. The one that's on the dining table. Is that CC or did it come with WA?

For those who want this house for the base game, are you sure thats possible still because my version of game is different?

I want to confirm that it does work without WA, but you will have it basically unfurnished. You get the second floor bathroom and kitchen furnished, but that is it. The reason people want you to release another version however, is because a lot of people, somewhat like myself, don't do a good job with the interior decorating. I can get it done, but it looks nowhere near as professional as yours does, so that is why people, me included, want you to take the empty house and furnish it to be base game only.

But however, it does work without WA.

I love this house, and this is my first post on MTS! I'm so pleased with the ingenuity of everyone who creates these wonderful products. Extra kudos to you for this lovely piece of work!

I won't be able to play TS3 until that new patch comes in though. Unfortunately, this new patch has screwed up my game. I'm pretty sure the installation of that new store shortcut is probably what has killed it, but I'm content with just looking at pictures of this house!

I even downloaded all the CC for it! Wow!

I thought that if you didn't have WA but items from the EP are included in the lot, they were replaced by similar base game objects? On the exchange it says...

"If you own the expansion pack(s) noted below, the item will download properly. Depending on the included item, if you do not own the expansion pack(s) noted below, you will either be able to download but receive a similar default item, or you will be blocked from downloading until you register the games below."

Haha, sorry I didn't read the other comments about it working without and that the items will just, well, not be there .

I absolutely love the house!
Unfortunately, I'm getting the dreaded blue lot glitch every time I restart the game with this house in the town. =/
I admit, I downloaded a bit more from those sites...but just to be sure, I got rid of the items that were not needed. Still a glitch. I even got rid of the ones needed. Still a glitch. Even when I got rid of the cc altogether the blue lot glitch stayed. D:

Has anybody encountered this glitch with this house? <=/

EDIT:
Alright, I figured out the problem. One or more of the items in this house is/are "broken". Basically, something you put in there isn't compatible with the latest update. It's not your fault, it's the object creator's. However, I have no idea what object exactly is causing the problem. When I find out I'll be sure to tell you. =)

Aaaaand I got it solved. You have to run your folder through this handly little program and everything will work fine. =)

Hm. After reading everyone's comments I thought that you could download it and install it without having the WA?? Which I tried to do but it gave me the error of not having the expansion.... it would really be awesome if you could make a base game only one...

This is one of the most beautiful houses I've ever seen modded, and I really wish it was base game compatiable! I'd and several others would really appreciate it if you could make it truly base game compatiable.

FYI: My Sims 3 won't let me install, even though other people without WA said that it's downloadable, it's truly not, since it says "missing expansion pack."
