This tiny lake village was once an estate belonging to one of China's wealthiest families. The Su Fong family lived there for many happy years but tragedy struck as mysterious deaths began to occur to those who visited the estate. It was then rumoured to be cursed and one day the Su Fong family packed their bags and left without a trace.
Many years passed, the estate stood abandoned, no one dared go near it...until... a young chinese architect had an idea to remodell and attract tourists to Shang Simla. His idea was supported greatly by the townsfolk and they are now greatful for it.







Surrounding the lake are 7 little chinese huts for sims to stay in. Each includes either a double bed or single beds, a bathroom, dresser and TV.

The main building includes sitting areas, Kitchen, Bathroom, Bar, Buffet, Dining and exercise area.

NOTE:
1. The Sims 3 World Adventures pack is required.
2. This Chinese Lake Village is built on a 'Base camp' lot. A vacation destination may only have one base camp lot. So to replace the one already there with this one open the cheat window and write:

-TestingCheatsEnbled true ... then
-EnableLotLocking true

Click on the base camp. Where there are options (change lot type/Bulldoze/build,buy/info) there is a little lock. Click on it and the lot will unlock.
