Yay, you posted it here as well! I love the house, and I absolutely love your realtor. Since I'm far too lazy too busy to furnish the house myself, I especially appreciate the furnished version.

@kittykitty1606: You do have stairs, but the Ascension's footprint is just one square so it basically doesn't take up any space.

And thanks to everyone who'e replied so far! I've been bitten by the apartment bug and will be creating more, some are going to more Star Trekkie, of course! LOL

Fantastic! I needed a more expensive apartment for my rich Sims and this is just what I was looking for, and it being the only apartment I can actually use (I only have AL and NL), lol! Thanks a million!

@Katniss - That's because I didn't use traditional stairs. Since my obsession is Star Trek, and I wanted an apartment building that would fit into my Star Trek neighborhood, I used Targa's squared stairs. You will find a link for them at the bottom of my post. But if you look at picture #5 there are little squares in the garages. They are on every floor and those are the stairs!

I especially love that you put in so many extra rooms, as I have a habit of creating large families. So this makes me happy <3
