All I can say is... Wow! I want a house like that in real life! It's fantastic! Can definitely see you have put a lot of effort in to it. Well done :D

EDIT: I'm having one little issue with it. I don't like bathrooms that don't have doors, but when I try to place a wall to seperate the bottom bedroom from the bathroom, it says "terrain attached to pool wall" and won't let me place a wall... Any ideas how to get round this without having to demolish half the house?

Because it has used the constrainfloorelevation cheat, you have to get a little tricky. What you need to do is make one wall directly above it on the next floor, delete all floor tiles around that wall, and then fill in the wall in the bedroom. Afterwards, remove that wall on the other story and fill in the floor tiles. Hopefully that should work.

And thank you to everyone!

PS: Make sure you have constrainfloorelevation set to true.

Any lot that is 60x60. Where the mansions on the hill are in Sunset Valley, for example. I placed it on a lot in Riverview, though. It doesn't matter where you put it, but some lot directions will cause the second set of stairs in the guest house to not function correctly.

The pictures make me wish I had World Adventures...will have to remember this for when I buy it

When the kids on the street say
What's your problem girl?
And the weight of their smile gets too much for you to bare
When they all make you feel like you're a problem girl
Remember
You're no problem at all

Great house. Love it so far just had one issue. I placed it in Sunset Valley on the Goth's lot and had the problem with the stairs not working properly. I found it was something with the parking spaces so I just extended the front of the garage, set them back down and it is working fine now. Thanks for the great lot!
