Sami’s Knoll Apartments

Sami’s Knoll, a former summer retreat for Eldar Sami of Wixxen, has been converted to Sami’s Knoll Apartments for discriminating medieval folk.



The lovely grounds consist of a waterfall and pond, spa, and picnic area.

Inside the edifice, there are 4 generously-sized apartments, each with a fireplace in the gathering room, a dining room, 2 or 3 bedrooms, and indoor plumbing in the water closet and in the kitchen!


The top floor has an apartment (#1) with two oversized bedrooms with balconies.

The next floor down, which is the entry level, contains a common room (with games, music, books, and a bar) that has access to stairs going to the useable roof. On this floor can also be found the smallest apartment (#2), also with two bedrooms and a small balcony.


Below the entry level, a three-bedroom apartment (#3) resides with each bedroom having a balcony.



Continuing downwards is another three-bedroom apartment (#4), with sunroom access for each bedroom.

The ground level “dungeon” contains work, exercise, and rest rooms.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
