New Norfolk Schoolhouse - conversion into a contemporary family home

Requires World Adventures
Built with patch 2.3.33
Uses CC from the Sims Store, Fresh Prince (MTS)

New Norfolk schoolhouse is a historic Victorian schoolhouse that has been converted into a contemporary family home. With 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, two fireplaces, sitting room, family room, combined dining and kitchen with laptop bar, gym, art workshop, nectar making and tasting room with bar, laundry, swimming pool, double garage, bbq area, and landscaped gardens. The master bedroom has an adjoining ensuite and a small private office/den next door. The backyard has room for a vegetable/fruit patch and the driveway/garage can accommodate up to four cars.

Note: I used quite a lot of EA premium content. Most of the premium items are only decor and are therefore unnecessary, but I did use premium build-mode doors and windows which can be replaced by in game Were-window, Insta-Door, Great Traditons Doorway and/or the Double-Redunda Doors.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Interior is well done, good color schemes, I agree 100% with candlelight about the brickwork, too. Lot looks really great overall

Once again you have created a gorgeous home. I love the schoolhouse theme, The first pic reminds me of the old buildings you see as you drive into Sydney from the north. Just beautiful.

Candlelight - lucky you I have been so tempted to buy more points (I have only spent the points given with the games) but so far I have resisted, I am having more fun waiting to see what EA will give to us (sometimes they make it exciting by making it look like a completely accidental gift on their part) lol

QBuilderz & Davey - what nice compliments (about screenshots etc) thank you gentlemen!

Goya - wow thanks I lived in Sydney until I was 18 - I think I know the houses you mean? The ones coming in via Hornsby/Pymble? This lot is like a mini, more bricky red version of my old Primary School in Croydon

Armiel & Smmi - thanks
