I have never seem anything like it and it is one of the best lots I have ever seen especially because I've been looking for KFC and McDonald's for a long time and it's got so much more as well. Thank you

Beautiful! I've only used the McDonald's so far. I added a playground and picnic tables, and it looks great.

Icarus_allsorts "eat outside restaurants" mod makes these even more fun. It lets the sims eat outside and be served by waiters. And you can choose what foods to serve. My McDonald's serves Big Macs, Filet O Fish, garden salad, ice cream cones (vanilla, chocolate and plasma), juice and plasma juice... (No fries!) I'm looking forward to setting up the other diners!
