This is not working for me!

I know I have installed it correctly because I have other .package files working, but these eyeshadows aren't showing up in my game...

Great job with the eye shadow emmzx, Ive used the eyeshadow quite abit on my female sims and even with the slider to show more or less eyeshadow, it doesnt make my female sim looking like a slut.. thank you for making it..

I just downloaded this and it doesn't look as good as the pictures, did i download it wrong or what? plus i cant change the colours or anything like that
