This is my second upload for my skill based homes. This time I bring you a home for your fisherSims.
Size: 30x20
Price: Furnished 42,120
Unfurnished 30,575
This house is a modern, 2 Sim home. It has a neat little kitchen with the basic appliances and an island for 2 Sims to eat at. The bedroom has a bed for 2 and a dresser with a mirror. I went for a brown in the bedroom because it kinda makes your Sim feel like they are still one with nature. The bathroom is completely blue and has a bath and a shower seperate from eachother.
But that stuff is only the basic stuff that all houses need. The main features of this house though are the garden, the ponds, and the pond connecter (thats what I'm calling it).
This is the pond connecter. This is what makes this house unique because it allows you to have a full pond that goes inside and outside the house so you can fish whenever you want.
This is the outdoor pond (sorry for the bad shot, but you get the picture). it is stocked with 2 fishing spawners and features a dock to fish off of.
This is the indoor pond. It is stocked with 1 fishing spawner and has a stone bench to relax on. The cool thing about this is you get the one with nature buff when you are in here.
This is the garden for if your Sims have to much fish to handle they can use it as fertilizer. I believe it comes in a random state becuase I tested it with 2 different Sims and it seemed to be different both times.
There is also a nature area (pictured below) that has 3 cherry trees surrounding a bench. There is an epic butterfly spawner here that spawns random butterflies.
Known Issues: Sadly, I know of 1 issue. If you are anywhere in the lot except the grassy area around the indoor pond, you can't click on the indoor pond and say "Fish." This will result in your Sim getting a route failure. There is an easy way around this though; just click on the grass and say "Go here" and once youir Sim is there, then you can fish.
Testing: I tested this with a Sim who had all the traits that would make a great outdoors Sim. i also tested this with a Sim who didn't want anything to do with outdoors stuff. Both went over well.
Please hit the thanks button and enjoy your new fishing house.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
