I always like to be able to move a sim family in without the motherlode and this house is really nice for the price with interesting floor plan and even a garage. Thank you!

Yeah, we always need affordable housing. It's very cute, I love that it has a garage and I can move my sims in immediately without using cheats.

I actually like how the garage is ground level while the rest seems to be elevated.
