Really sleek and clean exterior look! Great job! one suggestion, in the living room it looks like the walls are a fabric of some sort? that is also the flooring? Maybe some paint would have looked better?

Otherwise looks good!

i built something equally as small as this, and it was quite a task to get a 10 x10 with pathing that wasn't all screwy. very nice.
