Contemporarily Mediterranean

This is the 4th upload in a series of builds by architects that build sustainable, green, modern homes; my "SGM" series. I don't know if there's a proper term for these types of homes; they seem to have a cult following. This style is almost contrary to the "McHomes" that some architects call the usual, 3bd, 2ba, contemporary/victorian/traditional, and what ever other terminology used to describe the prevalent Utopian Suburbia home found in just about every corner of America. The focus is on function follows form using "green", sustainable materials. I find a very peaceful aesthetic in them. I've always liked the underdog.

This home is by architect, Lorenzo Spano from his houseplan found on the House Plans website where most of these style homes can be found in order to gain some exposure and a larger following.

NOTES:
- The dining table and chairs were placed with the cheat boolprop snapobjectstogrid false. They are functional, but if you would prefer to change them it might be problematic repositioning them.
- I've included the Recolors for this lot in a separate file - "Contemporarily Mediterranean - REC" Please download and install before entering the lot.
- In order to make the stairs work in your game, you need to put the .txt file

2014_CrocobauraCountryStairs.txt

in your Scriptorium_ModularStairs folder if you're using the Scriptorium or you need to copy the text inside each file at the bottom of the modularstairs.txt file from this path:
C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSData\Res\Catalog\Scripts
