Nice work, except for one problem... I tried putting this in a neighborhood where I have beach lots (not sure if that has anything to do with it) and the basement is flooded. Any idea how to fix/get around this? This is a gorgeous lot and I'd love to be able to use it!

The same thing happened to me when I tried to put this house in Veronaville. The only Solution I know is to place the lot on a place where the basement is higher than the water level.
